Author Instructions
[Track1 and Workshops]
All papers to be included in the IEEE Proceedings should be processed by the following all steps
(1) Camera-ready Paper Submission and Copyright Transfer
1. Paper Format Checking : Above all, authors should check their paper format using the IEEE PDF eXpress® system.
Camera-ready papers should be written using the IEEE format (A4-size format) which can be found at
http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html

Create your IEEE PDF eXpress® Account
First, click on "New Users - Click here".
Next, fill in the Conference ID (55845X)
Email address (IEEE PDF eXpress® will send notices to this address)
Repeat email address (for confirmation)
New password (you will be asked to confirm this password on the next screen)
Upload your file to the IEEE PDF eXpress® system for checking the format.
After you get "PASS" message from the system, you should click "Approve button" to finalize the format checking.
2. Camera-ready Paper Uploading :
After successfully completing the format checking process, authors can upload the camera-ready paper to the EDAS system (http://edas.info). Please find your accepted paper submission at EDAS system, and then upload your final camera-ready paper to that submission.
3. Copyright Submission : Finally, authors should submit "copyright form" in the EDAS system.
At the paper information page, you can find the following [+] button.
Please click [+] button, and you can see the follow page. And please click [IEEE copyright submission] button at that page.
You can reach the following online copyright submission page of IEEE, where you should complete all steps of the IEEE Publication Agreement.

(2) Author Registration and Conference Fee Payment
At least one author of each accepted paper MUST make an author registration and payment for the paper.

(3) Paper Presentation at the conference
All accepted papers should be presented at the scheduled sessions of the conference.
15 minutes for the presentation itself and 5 minutes for questions and answers.

No-Show papers will not be included in the final submission to the IEEE Xplorer.
